Privacy Policy

Summary: we collect the minimum needed to run your subscription — your email address and subscription status. Nothing else. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no message content, ever.

The Chrome extension

What it stores on your device

Your settings — the on/off toggle, your optional weekly schedule, and the email address you enter — are saved locally with Chrome's storage API.

What it sends over the network

The extension periodically sends the email address you entered to our server, solely to check whether your trial or subscription is active. The response (a status such as “trial” or “active”) is stored locally. The extension makes no other network requests, and never reads or transmits your Teams messages, contacts, or any page content.

The website

What we collect

• Email address — to create your free trial and match your subscription to the extension. Stored in our database (hosted by Supabase).
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.

What we don't do

• No advertising or selling of data to third parties.
• No analytics or tracking cookies.
• No use of your data for anything beyond running the service.

Service providers

Supabase (database and email confirmation), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email — e.g. trial reminders). Each processes only what is needed to provide the service.

Emails we send

Only transactional: your sign-in link and up to two trial reminders (one before your trial ends, one after). No newsletters, no marketing.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your email and subscription record while your account exists. Email giulioe01@gmail.com to have your data deleted at any time.
